You may return your order within 30 days of receipt.
Return Requirements:
- All products must be returned in their original box.
- Include a copy of your purchase invoice or delivery note.
- Products must be in perfect, unused condition. Returns showing signs of use or damage will not be accepted. In such cases, the item will be returned to you.
Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges. Refunds will be issued for returned products. If you require a different style or size, we recommend placing a new order promptly to avoid disappointment.
Return Process:
- Locate the order you wish to return from your account and select the items to be sent back.
- Complete the return steps. Instructions for your return will be sent to the email address linked to your account.
Shipping Your Return:
- Depending on your location*, you may be advised to use our optional GLS returns service or return the item to a specified address using a courier of your choice, at your own expense.
- Please note that GLS service is unavailable for all countries outside the European Community, Switzerland, Greece, Romania, Bulgaria and some other locations. Returns from these destinations must be sent by the customer to our returns address in Spain, via courier at your own cost.
- United Kingdom: GLS service is unavailable. After submitting your return request, you will receive our UK return address and may ship the item at your expense.
GLS Return Service Fees for locations with this service:
- €7.95 per pair.
- For multiple items returned in the same parcel, the fee is €7.95 for the first pair and €3 for each additional pair.
- Should items be returned separately 7.95€ will be charged for each pair.
- Fees will be deducted from your refund upon receipt; you do not need to pay GLS directly when handing over your parcel.
