How can I return a product?


GLS Return Service 

You may use our optional GLS return service if you are located in: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Germany, Finland, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden.

GLS return service costs 7.95€ per pair, however if you purchase more than one item and return these together in the same parcel, you will only be charged 7.95€ for the first pair and 3€ for any consecutive pairs. This amount will be deducted from the price of the returned goods and you will be refunded the remaining amount.

To return from countries outside of Europe or countries not listed above, please follow the steps below.

Returns are at your own expense. We recommend that you use your local post service registered post, which is usually the cheapest option. The return address you need to indicate on your parcel is:
