We only deliver to specific addresses, not to PO Boxes. All our deliveries in Spain are made through Correos Express and GLS and are free of charge. All our deliveries to other countries are made through different shipping companies, and are also free of charge.
Delivery times
Except for exceptional circumstances, deliveries usually take 24/48 hours when buying from Spain (except orders shipped fom different warehouses or orders containing outlet items, that may take up to 72 hours), and 5 or 7 working days when buying from another country, always once the order is sent (order preparation may take another 24h additional hours in all cases). Deliveries may take some day longer than usual, especially at certain times of the year such as Christmas, Easter, holidays and during the sales season.
Import taxes
All our deliveries are not liable to include additional charges for import taxes or similar in the UK, but for Switzerland and the rest of world out of the European Union. In the event that the courier or Border Control claims for the payment of fees in UK, please contact us and we will try to solve the incident with the courier.
Delivery tracking
Once the product has been sent, you will receive an email with its tracking number. In the event that within 7 working days of placing the order we have not yet sent you this email with the follow-up, please contact us.
Different delivery & billing addess
Remember that if you want to put a different delivery address than the billing one, you have to specify it when you give us the shipping details. Once the order is placed, it will always be more difficult to change the delivery details, although we will try. To do this, please contact us.
