Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide from Spain.
Delivery is free on orders over 99 €/CHF/GBP. Orders of 99 €/CHF/GBP or less are subject to a shipping fee of 6.00 €/CHF/GBP.
Please note that, depending on your location, customs duties or import taxes may apply (see “Import Tax” below).
Delivery Restrictions
We currently do not ship to the following destinations (subject to change):
Andorra, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Montenegro, Canary Islands, China, Malaysia, Russia, Turkey, Peru, Colombia, United Kingdom, United States, Israel, Japan, Chile, and all African countries.
We do not deliver to PO Box addresses. Please provide a complete delivery address to avoid delays.
Import Tax
Switzerland and all countries outside the European Community
Shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or additional fees. If requested by the shipping carrier or customs authorities, these charges must be paid by the customer and are not covered by our company. For further details, please refer to the relevant “Related Articles” for your country.
United States
For orders shipped to the United States:
- Free delivery on orders over 150 USD
- Orders under 150 USD incur a shipping fee of 20 USD
Please note that shipments may also be subject to import duties or similar charges. Any such fees requested by the carrier or customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Europe: typically 4–5 working days
- Outside Europe: typically 7–14 working days
Delivery times may be extended during peak periods, including bank holidays, Easter, Christmas, and sales events.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you have not received tracking details within 7 working days of placing your order, please contact us.
