You have the right to cancel your order at any time before it is shipped (normally within 24 hours after placing the order) and we will refund the full amount. Once the order has been sent, you will no longer be able to cancel it, but you will have to wait to receive it and then process it as a return (we explain how to do it in the Returns section).

To cancel an order, please contact us. Remember to have on hand, or indicate in the mail, the number or code of your order.
Out of stock while placing an order
We want to remind you that there is a period of time between when you place the order and we process it in which the available stock of a product is likely to vary and even run out. If an item runs out in this period of time, we will contact and inform you, instantly refunding you the amount paid.
